Clean Head System:

The Clean Head System has an anti-suck back mechanism that stops blood and foreign matter from entering the head from the oral cavity. As a result, the ball bearings and mechanicals parts last longer.

Ceramic Bearings:

The Ceramic Bearing are 25% harder than steel and around half the weight, meaning very little wear, which help the cartridge to last longer.

Two-way Spray Function: (Water Jet / Mist):

The world’s first two-way spray function allow you to instantly choose a mist or jet spray depending on the conditions and procedure with an enclosed dedicated tools. The water spray jet spray prevents subcutaneous emphysema in surgical procedures, and the mist water jet mist effectively cools the bur while cutting.

45° Head:

The 45° angled head allows easy access to the molar region, minimizing interference from the front teeth and adjacent teeth.

Ti-Max Z45L is versatile, handling a wide range of burs from 20mm standard  bur to 25mm long bur depending on what the procedure requires.

Titanium Body*. Light and very strong pure titanium is used for the body. The light handpiece reduces the burden on the hands during operations, and its enhanced hardness also improved its ability for autoclave sterilization. The biocompatible properties of titanium eliminate concern over allergies to metals.
